245D Licensure Requirements

MN Stat. sec. 245D.07, subd. 1a and 2 specifically requires that 245D license holders provide services in a manner that supports the person's preferences, daily needs, activities, and accomplishment of the person's goals and service outcomes, consistent with the principles of person-centered planning and service delivery.
