  • Business IT & Claims Administration (BIT&CA) -- The BIT&CA team is responsible for software and electronic program development, electronic data interchange (EDI), health information exchange (HIE), reporting and analytics, technology support, provider communications, and claims-related services.
  • Corporate Compliance & Auditing – The Corporate Compliance & Auditing department ensures compliance with applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations involving health care; oversees the PrimeWest Health Compliance program, with oversight of internal auditing; and works to prevent, detect, and correct fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) and noncompliance.
  • Quality & Utilization Management (Q&UM) – The Q&UM team promotes continuous quality improvement while ensuring members get the right care at the right time in the right setting. We accomplish this through analytics, credentialing, utilization management, and pharmacy and quality monitoring and review.

Located in Alexandria, just over two hours northwest of Minneapolis-St. Paul on I-94, you have the opportunity to work and live where thousands come to play and vacation in the heart of Minnesota’s lake country. Take a boat out on one of our 350 lakes in the summer and trade it in for an icehouse in the winter. In all seasons, you can hike a trail in Lake Carlos State Park or hike through our unique downtown shopping district. Alexandria is easy to find but hard to leave.
