Individualized Education Program (IEP) Services

IEP services refer to services included on an IEP or an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). These services are billed directly to the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) for children who are eligible for Medical Assistance (Medicaid) or MinnesotaCare, even if the child/student is enrolled in PrimeWest Health.
