The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) recently released updated mileage rates for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services.
Effective April 1, 2026, the Mode 4 transportation mileage rate (S0215) is $1.48. Any claims submitted with an effective date of April 1, 2026, or after that included the previous rate must be re-submitted as a replacement claim. Please include the original claim number and change the billed amount to reflect the updated reimbursement rate.
