Is Your Business Eligible for Values Health?
To be eligible for Values Health, you must work for or own a business that is eligible for participation. Each business must meet at least the following criteria:
- The business must employ at least one, but not more than 50, employees at the time of Values Health program enrollment.
- The corporate office of the business must be located in a county where Values Health is offered.
- The average wage of all eligible employees must meet the current wage qualifier established by Values Health (currently $18.22 an hour). This is 350 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
- The business does not offer health coverage to its employees at the time of application and did not offer it during the 12 months preceding the date of application.
