The Values Health multi-share model will be offered to eligible and interested small businesses with 50 or fewer employees in Douglas and Meeker counties and may be offered in Beltrami, Big Stone, Clearwater, Grant, Hubbard, McLeod, Pipestone, Pope, Renville, Stevens, and Traverse counties.
