Special Circumstances
- Pregnancy is only a covered benefit by Values Health if the member is not eligible for Medical Assistance. Values Health staff will screen for Medical Assistance eligibility and facilitate enrollment into the program if appropriate.
- Members who become eligible for Medicare are no longer eligible for Values Health. This includes Medicare for a disability, turning 65, and/or End Stage Renal Disease.
- If an employee becomes ineligible for Values Health due to a change in employment status, his/her enrolled dependents are no longer eligible.
