MN VFC Shortage: The MN Department of Health announced a shortage of Influenza Vaccine for the Mn VFC program. Effective November 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008, providers may bill MN Health Care Programs (FFS) for purchased influenza vaccine and bill PrimeWest for the administration fee for enrollees 18 years and younger. There is more detailed billing information here.
C&TC: When a complete C&TC screening is billed, procedure code S0302 can be billed. Do not submit S0302 on a separate claim. It must be included on the same claim as the C&TC services. Remember, all C&TC claim lines must contain a valid referral code except the S0302.
