Provider Web Portal
PrimeWest Health's Provider Web Portal is available to both contracted and non-contracted providers. The Provider Web Portal offers access to the following information:
- Current member eligibility
- Authorization status
- Claims and remittance data
- Recent news and announcements from PrimeWest Health
It also allows providers to send secure email to the Provider Contact Center.
In order to access the Provider Web Portal, the organization must first register by completing the Web Portal Registration Form. Once the form is completed, it should be faxed to 1-320-335-5285.
Once your organization is registered, we will send a user ID and password and your organization will be able to access the Provider Web Portal. Additional information about the Provider Web Portal and how to use it is included in the Provider Web Portal User's Guide.
When PrimeWest Health has received the Web Portal Registration Form from your organization, the person indicated on the form will be set up as the Provider Administrator User for your organization. Access to the Portal for other members of your organization is then based on "user access role" as set up by the Provider Administrator User. See Provider Administrator User & User Access Roles below for more information. We will also give the Provider Administrator User his/her user name, password, and a user guide.

- Provider Administrator User – This user can view member eligibility and Authorization status and claims and remittances applicable to your organization. In addition, the administrative user has the ability to assign, reassign, or remove a staff member's access to any of the above information. The administrative user also has the ability to update any user's access profile information, including the user's actual name, user name, password, password hint, etc. The Provider Administrator User role is assigned by PrimeWest Health.
- Provider User – This user can view member eligibility and Authorization status and claims and remittances applicable to your organization.
- Provider User Eligibility – This user can only view member eligibility and Authorization status. This user cannot view claims or remittances applicable to your organization.
- Provider User Claims – This user can view member Authorization status and claims and remittances applicable to your organization. This user cannot view member eligibility.
