Do you need to verify benefits and covered services for a PrimeWest Health member?
The Evidence of Coverage is a publication each member receives that details his/her specific program benefits. Providers can also use these documents to access members' coverage information. To access a Evidence of Coverage for any PrimeWest Health program, view our Plan Information and select the Evidence of Coverage for the appropriate program.
