The PrimeWest Health Provider Web Portal provides a web-based tool to verify eligibility, check claims status, view authorization status, print remittance advices, and send secure emails to our Provider Contact Center.

Member Benefits
Do you need to verify benefits and covered services for a PrimeWest Health member?
The Certificate of Coverage is a publication each member receives that details his/her specific program benefits. Providers can also use these documents to access members' coverage information. To access a Certificate of Coverage for any PrimeWest Health program, view our Plan Information and select the Certificate of Coverage for the appropriate program.
