Annual Report

Each year, PrimeWest Health is required by Minnesota State Statute (sec. 62D.09, subd. 3) to provide an Annual Report to our Minnesota Health Care Program members. The report provides a description of PrimeWest Health; a summary of financial information; a description of any changes in plans, facilities, or personnel; and information about PrimeWest Health quality programs and initiatives. Minnesota Health Care Program members are mailed a copy of the report by June 1 of each year. Please click on the links below to view previous years' reports.
