PrimeWest Health has implemented a Compliance Hotline for board members, directors, employees, and, where appropriate, contractors and other agents who wish to make an anonymous or confidential report of ethical violations, violations of law, or any other information about PrimeWest Health that they are not comfortable communicating in person.

Whether reporting by telephone or in writing, please provide as much detail as possible, including, but not limited to, names, dates, time, location, and the specific conduct you feel may violate the law or PrimeWest Health policy. NO employee making a good faith report of a suspected violation shall be retaliated against. However, any employee who knowingly makes a false allegation shall be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with PrimeWest Health policy.

Who can use the Compliance Hotline?
The Compliance Hotline is meant to be used by board members and employees of PrimeWest Health as well as contractors and other agents. The hotline is NOT intended for members to submit complaints. Members who have concerns should refer to their Evidence of Coverage for guidelines on submitting concerns and Grievances. Members may also call Member Services for personal assistance at 1-866-431-0801 (toll free).
