Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Quality Assurance Examination Audit
This report is MDH's assessment of PrimeWest Health to determine whether it is operating in accordance with State and Federal laws.
2007 Annual Technical Report (ATR)
This report is the Michigan Peer Review Organization's (MPRO) assessment of State and Federally mandated activities related to the unifying framework: structure, process, and outcomes. This framework serves as the foundation for MPRO's recommendations to help organizations maintain and improve timeliness, quality, and access to health care services. The assessment consists of an inventory of activities and programs set forth in the Minnesota Department of Human Services/Managed Care Organization contract and the Balanced Budget Act (BBA).
Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) audit summary
HEDIS is one of the most widely used set of health care performance measures in the United States. It is developed and maintained by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). These measures are designed to ensure that purchasers and consumers have the information they need to reliably compare the performance of managed health care plans. The performance measures in HEDIS are related to many significant public health issues such as cancer, heart disease, smoking, asthma, and diabetes. HEDIS also includes a standardized survey of consumers' experiences that evaluates plan performance in areas such as customer service, access to care, and claims processing.
Medicare Advantage CAHPS Survey
The CAHPS Surveys measure members' satisfaction with their care in areas such as claims processing, customer service, and getting needed care quickly.
Quality Report
This report is for our providers and partners and covers quality initiatives as well as member outcomes from the past year.
2008 Annual Report
Each year, PrimeWest Health is required by MN Stat. sec. 62D.09, subd. 3 to provide an Annual Report to our members. The report provides a description of PrimeWest Health, a summary of financial information, a description of any changes in plans, facilities, or personnel, and information about PrimeWest Health quality programs and initiatives. Members are mailed a copy of the report each year.
