How To Update SNF Bed Availability
- Log in to the Update SNF Bed Availability Site.
- If you need to reset your password after you log in, use the Change Password link found at the bottom of the page
- If you have forgotten your user name or password, please contact Jackie Corson at PrimeWest Health at jackie.corson@primewest.org.
- You will see your nursing home name at the top of the page, a dropdown to choose how many female and male beds are currently available, and the date.
- Choose how many beds are currently available at your facility from the dropdown list.
- Press Submit.
- If you need to update the number at any time, you can log back in and submit the updated information.
The SNF Bed Availability form should be submitted every Monday before 12 noon.
