Our 13 greater Minnesota counties are governed by a Joint Powers Board (JPB) of county commissioners. If you are a resident of one of these counties, you may be eligible to enroll in a PrimeWest Health program. You may also contact your Social/Human/Family Services department directly to see if you qualify for Minnesota Health Care Programs.
