PrimeWest Health covers chemical dependency treatment for our members. You must have a Rule 25 assessment performed before getting services. This assessment must be done by a qualified CD assessor from your county of residence or your tribe. Contact your county's Public Health or Social/Human/Family Services office or your tribe to find a qualified Rule 25 assessor. He/she will determine the type of chemical dependency treatment you may need. Please seek help if you are struggling with chemical dependency.
